We have 2 (two) donation hubs at Woermann Brock Klein Windhoek and Olimpya where you can drop your donations at any time during their opening hours.
If you have bulky donations that do not fit on the donation Hub receptacles you you can contact us directly. We will coordinate a drop off point and time for your donations. 

Every donation is sorted out and items are assigned to the best-fitting project. In the image, you can see how 11 donated bags turned into an organized pile of donations to benefit 5 projects. So, 11 donations touched 5 projects! 

Once we have sorted the donations, we channel them via our partners to people in need, tailoring the items you donate to the institutions we work with.

We are always looking around us for projects and people in need. Sometimes we find real needs that can not be solved with secondhand items. In this case, we run specific fundraisers. 

For special projects (such as the sanitary packs for kids at Central Hospital or the industrial blender for Side by Side) we run online fundraisers, organize special fundraisers and attend events. Anonymous donors contribute to the best of their possibilities and we, all together, make the project happen! 

We also raise funds for all the projects we support by selling items that donors have brought to us such as baby cots, floating supports, baby carriers, coffee machines, etc. Items that can not be donated to beneficiaries directly, but that have been donated to us.

Once the fundraiser is over, we implement the project and report back to the donors via the fundraiser channels, our social media, website and personally. You will always have access to all the details! All the funds are 100% used on the implementation. We have very small running costs (transport for unemployeed volunteers & students, auditor costs, website domain, and other basic costs). But all our amazing team members work on a volunteers basis.
